Their Trade Registration System (RTNS) is the most significant recent entrant into the Financial Straight Thru Processing (STP) marketplace and is now experiencing rapid take up with customers.

the requirements.
To accommodate that speed of take up a review of the internal on-boarding process was required with rapid adoption of improved programme management procedures. In addition, every effort needed to be made to assist clients in improving their on-boarding process.

the solution.
CyberDMG provided an interim programme manager to set up new improved processes and procedures together with a revamped on-boarding process with improved client documentation. To ensure client progress was tracked efficiently, CyberDMG developed an administration system with CRM capabilities enabling all stakeholders contributing to the client on-boarding process to monitor progress and to react quickly to roadblocks. As a result, time-to-onboard customers reduced by 50% and the number of publishing clients increased four-fold.
