CyberDMG initially ran workshops to; help the client understand how to get the best from outsourcing; identify the key sourcing objectives and; specify the key elements of the required service. We employed CyberDMG’s standard objective tendering process with its associated comprehensive evaluation methodology to identify a relevant CMMI level 5 organisation which was offshore in India, and then assisted in enabling Switchcore to contract with them. Switchcore now benefits from higher productivity, lower cost and the very best software quality making their switches amongst the most reliable in the world.
